The Logic Off Topic list

Anyone know how to lock a folder in the Finder.  I'm so annoyed that
the MSN Messanger keeps putting an alias in my startup folder everytime
I quit the program.  Or, anyone know what the 'Kodak precision startup'
is for.  Can't remember if thats part of the OS or something that I
installed for some reason.
