Wow, illiteracy is rampant in America...who knew.  Geez, people do actually
have to hit people over the head with it.  Maybe if you read it a few times
more...maybe you'll get it.  oh, hum...maybe it's the Attention Deficit
Disorder.  Try a little harder...it is okay, we all understand.  Just slow
down Dennis and concentrate...you can do this.

Huh?  Talk about vague.  That was coming in way out of left field.

But the answer to your question is, no, they usually laugh on their own. 
Depending on the fact that their synaptic brain functions are working
properly or if I am tickling them.  Depends.  However, the material is
purely subjective as well...it depends on who is listening. But when dealing
with certain people, they sometimes don't get it.  With some, it takes them
a while, to rise above the normalcy of their thinking patterns.  Then once
they get used to me, they start to become accustomed to the mode in which I
operate.  Does that answer your question?  I think there was one person who
thought you were funny.  Again, purely subjective.
