bit too expensive for me at $4,500, but thanks for the pointer (I would like

I had a look around and the Project Studios c3 does a figure eight. I was
going to buy this one anyhow so I think I'll go with that for the Side
signal and use my RodeNT1 as the mid.

Found a link to a site that shows how to do M-S with three channels and a
special splitter cable, not sure yet how to handle the phantom power
issue...

Has anyone noticed how addictive it is to record bands in a live situation
with a minimum amount of mics? Multitracking can be a real drag as you keep
putting off decisions until later (coz you can...), its a nice change having
to make decisions there and then :)
