I have only just(in the last couple of days) recieved my Multiface and would have to say the build qualtiy is excellent. Very solid. Earlier models of other types may have been different. But compared to the 828, the Multiface is a smaller heavier well designed box with superb support and sounds great. Value for money? Absolutely. It works faster than any of my keyboards. 1.5ms latency with no overhead load!!!
