Thanks for your message, Ade.

Yes, there are some Israelis and American Jews who have stood up against this
naked aggression. However, the majority of Americans and Israelis support
these war crimes by recent polls. And I can turn this around and say that I
haven't seen any statement of condemnation for the killings/destruction from
the Waves company, we can therefore assume they are not against it. Many
companies make political statements when there is any question of their
loyalties. Perhaps Waves will stand up for basic principles of humanity.

Of course I agree. Thats why I have attended some pro-Palestinian rallies
here in the US - which included other Americans and even a few Jews. But
every day that goes on, is another day that 5,000 men are being starved and
tortured without access to lawyers or international oversight - another day
that millions of people are under 24 hour curfew with no running water making
sure to stay away from window lest an IDF sniper get you, and thousands of
women and children are living in homeless conditions without even mattresses
to sleep on. Its very frustrating sitting here with no way to stop a
humanitarian crisis.

Thanks for the link. I'll check it out. I clicked on the "Israel / Occupied
Territories : Urgent Action Needed" but got something about torture in
Australia one time, and a blank screen other times. Actually I have not heard
very much condemnation from Amnesty Interational - perhaps their comments are
filtered out of the US media, or perhaps its the fact that no one is allowed
to speak to the 5,000 prisoners or even get into the destroyed refugee camps
to count the corpses. However, i would expect a little more vocal protest
from them.

Where comes the quote :
"I am a black South African, and if I were to change the names, a description
of what is happening in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank could describe
events in South Africa." —Archbishop Desmond Tutu, during Christmas visit to
Jerusalem, December 25, 1989 (Ha'aretz; cited in Palestine Perspectives,
