The high frequency content is very revealing. I compared an Apogee Rosetta, Mytek and the 882|20. The 882|20 was grainy and dull. I lost the notes which were the key to which was which (a blind test), but could easily pick out the 882|20. I have the RME box, and it is very good, though I haven't done the key test on it.
