Just incase anyone else is wondering the answer, or if someone actually
searches the message archives in the future wondering this same
question..... All you have to do is hold down shift, right click the file
you want to associate, choose "Open With", choose the right program from the
list (or click 'other' and choose whatever program you want), and tick the
'Always use this program to open files of this type' box.
