As you might have noticed, the two cards I suggested are the ones from the RME
page. :-)
I might be getting the dual CPU system RME suggests (and sell my hardware
samplers).

Indeed: it contains the info I was looking for:

main display: 160Hz
seconday display: 160Hz

-- 1280*1024 --
main: 120Hz
seconday: 120Hz
