The Logic Off Topic list

Does anyone use the ES1 or ES2 much? I have a Nova and Virus B and wondering 
if I could replace those with the ES2. The actual synths sound better but 
that in part is addition of affects. I am not really very impressed with the 
presets in the ES2 (in demo mode). Also I don't understand how and why the 
round part rotates. Also are there extra patch libraries? I have a lot of 
nice patches for the Nova and Virus.

I like the EVOC20 for getting some fresh tones. But I am sorry I bought the 
EXS24. I barely use it and find it clumsy to set up a new instrument, and 
hard to figure out the file management. Its much easier to drag and drop a 
load of recycle bits into Battery and have them automatically set up.

So this is why I want to ask about the ES's.  Of course its nicer having 
softsynths so there is virtually no noise and so much more control over 
everything and the patches are right there to edit.
