Hi,

I have heard such good things about the RME Multiface that I ordered one to
use with my Mac G5 (PCI interface) in the studio and also with PC laptops
for concerts (card-bus interface). Mine has not arrived yet, though. I'm not
quite sure it sends out analog smpte signal. In fact I have always used
special smpte generators for doing that - if I have to record a smpte stripe
to some media.

If you're seriously interested in an opinion on the RME box pleas get back
to me in a month or so. I should know by then ;-)
