I have to agree with that statement if all of what you say is true, and it appears to be. However, it was a featured news item on several national news broadcasts. Seems to me if there's nothing to it, Apple would have a pretty good lawsuit against not only the NYC poster guy, but the networks who didn't bother to check the facts, as well. However, I still have absolutely no use for one, so give it to someone who wants it, Dennis.
