Hm, I don't recall seeing mod-wheel specifically. Maybe if someone could hack up a midi driver for an analog joystick you could graft one of those onto your keyboard. ;) (It's a "Thrustmaster"!) seriously though, I've got a Korg Kaoss Pad which also transmits MIDI control values in two axes. It would do the job of a pitchbend and mod wheel but you'd have to program Logic or your MIDI interface to recognize the values it's emitting. You might be able to find the first generation Kaoss pads on Ebay for a decent price...
