One of the reasons I choose Sweetwater over Musicians Friend and Zzounds for music stuff is their support and support policies. The big three for computer stuff (MacZones, MacMall and ClubMac). And Amazon to me sets the benchmark for what online shopping should be... But beyond those there are of course tons of lesser-capable online vendors whose procedures and policies are sometimes very questionable, or if nothing else just plain difficult to deal with!
