Quantized or penciled? Do you actually play the parts, then quantize to 
percentages? i find with drums in particular I must play them in - 
although I will make 40 takes if I have to get the right one.

Another question I have... do they use audio drum loops or midi? Do they 
layer two different drum parts on top of each other?  I know BT and Moby 
are  using midi because he breaks and rolls - although other stuff by 
Moby seems to be audio loops.
