To use the demo you have to go through a somewhat confusing challenge/response procedure. After trial and error I figured out the procedure, but I couldn't enter the response code. I tried to copy/paste it, but it wouldn't paste. Then I tried the "Read Response" button next to the response code window, but hat locked up my computer three times (the spinning multicolored wheel)...requiring multiple reboots. I could have entered the response code by hand, but it's 245 characters long...it's not worth my time. After a good 30 minutes or so trying to get the plugs to work (with no success), I deleted them from my hard drive. Maybe I am overreacting, but absolutely nothing turns me off more than a product that chews up my time. Maybe my experience with BT is unique, but it's an experience that has not warmed me up to the product. Dave [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
