  yea me too, I've learn some stuff that I didn't think of though, like 
  using an arpeggiator... and other stuff. I've been in this business 
  for 30 years, and I love learning new stuff still, and there's so much 
  to learn these days..

   
  Speaking about arpeggiators I found a very cool one for the Logic environment the other day. It's called IGA (Instant Gratification Arpeggiator) and put together by Len Sasso. With this environment you can have a synth/EXS play arpeggios with the rhythmic phrasing of a certain "guide track" that you can specify in the settings. Think about using the phrasing and velocities of a hi hat track to generate arpeggio over the songs harmonies. 

  The IGA is such a funny toy!
