Drivers afaik.

Yes, I'm quite sure the 'regular' AMT8 will work with OSX. I'd be very surprised
if Emagic made a new AMT8 for OSX... it's just a different driver imo.

I seriously doubt a special hardware version will be required for OSX.
No, it would only be the drivers.
