Plug-ins ????

Just picked up some Waves Plug-ins . When I go to use them
Logic tells me this ("audiowerk error 12 , not enough memory
to create plugin" )Using LAGW 3.6 Win 98 Pent 11 350,
128ram, Ultra ATA , Audiowerk 8 soundcard. All other plug
ins I have work fine . Help !!! AL
