Dave asked me to post this for him: Hey there! First of course, many thanks to all of you that I've done well with for the kind words, truly you go to my heart in a swell way... thanks!! To those of you for whom I have not done so well my apologies; try as we might sometimes perfection escapes us, all I would ask is that you very kindly try me again. According to my new job description I am primarily responsible to EMAGIC field reps and dealers, hence the absence of a direct phone extension for me; I apologize for the in-convenience but I must keep my phone open for retailers these days! Although my 'hat' no longer says Customer Service Manager (corporatease for 'scapegoat'...!) I am still the court of last resolve for our occaisional painful error or oversight; please don't hesitate to email me directly if we've goofed on you!
