1.) 'History of US Policy in Pakistan and Afghanistan'

   Apologies if someone's posted it already (I saw mention of the
World Service). Not caught up on all posts yet - y'know, I'm old
enough to remember when you'd walk for miles around the L-OT and not
see a soul. It was all fields in them days.

Anyway,
