OT [PC]: How to upgrade BIOS on an ASUS P3B-F

Hi all! I want to upgrade my Bios of my ASUS P3B-f. I went to their site, but I have to say that their informations are not very informative if you do a Bios upgrade for the 1st time (I really do not want to blow up my PC!!). Has anybody done that before and give me some hints what I need to download and how I have to upgrade?
