Amen.  Excessive is the key word in that sentence.  I'm not knocking the
artistic value of what people are doing with looping, or it's validity as a
method of creating music (or whatever), but I sure love hearing other stuff
as well, and it seems things are starting to swing back a bit with groups
like Dave Matthews Band.  There is room for everyone, but OH MY sometimes I
feel like I am being hit with a sledgehammer instead of listening to music.

My personal opinion  :)
