The Logic Off Topic list

I am nervous that I might have given my credit card number to a hacker site,
I have placed an order for logic 5 update on the 13th of march "a bad day I
guess", then I received an immediate email from emagic claiming that it will
be shipped within 48 hours . Nothing yet, worse they don¹t answer there
email "over 20 so far"  or at least email users apologizing for the delay,
What are your experiences with the online store?
