The Logic Off Topic list

I constantly get an ASIO error type 1 when I quit Logic.  It seems 
to happen on songs that have a lot of tracks.  I always have to 
force quit and then restart the machine.  My setup is below.  I've 
already allocated more RAM to Logic and reduced my extensions 
down to bare minimums.   MOTU tech support has no clue 
except that it may be RAM related.  Any help is well appreciated.
