Are any of you guys receiving all these weird e-mails from a former
employee at Tonos, claiming that Tonos is somewhat cheating their
members?
 
What a circus! Must be quite devastating for Tonos.

Tonos is a kind of an online agency/publishing service. You can submit
songs and if Tonos finds it to be of a certain quality and/or has "hit
potential" they'll forward it to several major producers and A&R's in
the business. People like, Babyface, Max Martin, Diane Warren, etc.
