Give it up. You don't have a case. You are going to demand that a company 
make a product becasue you want it? If you had a case, then millions of Mac 
and PC users would have a case against Microsloth. Do you really plan to hire 
a lawyer for $250/hour to argue some losing case?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
