XP-FAT32 to NTFS on audio drive

Hi,
I just got XP and installed it. Everything runs much nicer than with 98se. My problem is this....How do I convert my D: drive (audio only) to NTFS without losing all my data. When XP was installing it converted my C: drive to NTFS no problem and saved the data. If someone could clue me in on this I would appreciate it greatly:-)) Thanks in advance!!
