The Logic Off Topic list

Hey,
I currently use Studio Vision Pro and am switching to LAW.
So I'm going from a MAC to PC and I was wondering how exactly
I could port over the files without any loss.  
I know I would have to recreate the OMS patch information (is there a way
port over my OMS setup??)
DO I have to save my sequence files as "0" style , or is there a way to do
so I don't lose any info/setup/tracks.
Hopefully I'm making this clear.
