The first memory benchmarks for this chipset are up on this board and they
suggest that Granite Bay (Intel's Dual Channel DDR Chipset due in a couple
of months) will beat 850E and 845 chipets by a substantial margin. They
look to be well worth waiting for if you want to build a fast DAW that will
be upgradeable to faster P4 processors.

Thanks for the link!! Only questionable thing I notice is that the 
benchmark only included PC800 RDRAM, not PC1066, but still, those 
scores are incredible.
