If you mean the poll entitled - "Should we just keep on having polls
until the moderators get the result they want?" at
      http://groups.yahoo.com/group/logic-ot/surveys?id=993533

Well, since posting, it also has been moderated! LOL. And evidently
taken seriously enough by someone to warrant being tampered with -
there were only three choices in the uncensored original - guess which
of the four has been added (with the noblest of intentions, I'm sure).

I'm sorry to say I'm actually beginning to find this Kafka-esque
debacle quite entertaining. I'd only be thumbing wistfully through
PowerCore adverts otherwise...

Yes, it is very entertaining isn't it?

I wasn't talking about that poll soley, although that one is good
too. I made my own poll which was completely deleted, but I am
not allowed to talk about it lest I will be banned forever. I am now
self-censoring to save my LUG membership. email me privately
to find out what the poll was. It was apparently too offensive a
joke for the admins.

What you implied with your poll was silly, and you gave no option for
people to disagree. Any time a poll is edited all the votes are
reset, but since no one had voted yet there was no harm in adding a
fourth, fair option. I did not edit your (loaded) question at all.

No, you are not allowed to make personal attacks / insults lest you
be banned, which is exactly what your poll was. If I thought you were
just lightly joking like Alexis did etc I would not have cared. You
had already posted similar jokes repeatedly to this list. There's a
difference between joking like you do with friends, and being
offensively insulting.

all true. I did not mean to offend you or attack you personally with
my poll. it was meant as a continuation of the joke which you
seemed to find funny at first and then changed your mind. Others
did find it funny continuously and I'm all about humor and
entertainment so I couldn't resist posting the poll. I apologize for
letting my humor get out of hand in your direction. It's ok that we
don't share the same sense of humor, different strokes (or no
strokes) for different folks. I'm sorry you took it so hard, no pun
intended.

please don't take offense to this posting,
