Recommend me a headphone mixer with 2 outs and clamps to the mic stand.

I want a cheapish, decent sounding little box for my mic booth. I saw a furman box that looked perfect. It was described as passive so I assume that means no additional power amplification. What would I send from on my mackie 1604vlz to this. An aux out maybe. I also need to set up a talkback mic on this little mixer to speak to the mic booth.
