Sorry - that should be 1.5 Volt AGP card - Recent Intel P4 chipsets -- 845,
865, 875 chipsets and their contemporaries from other suppliers like VIA
and SIS expect current generation 1.5 Volt AGP cards NOT 3.3 Volt as in
older types. The point being that, chances are,  you cannot migrate your
AGP card from an older PIII based systemt to a P4 system and trying to
might blow up your video card and/or board.
