The Logic Off Topic list

Hi

I've been trying to get a garage band file to open in logic 7 but have 
had no luck.
Also I cannot get logic to recognize the sounds that come with garage 
band.
Nor can I get the DSP settings of GB to open in L7.
Similarly I cannot open a L7 file in GB even though the help file of GB 
says to just drag a midi file icon into the GB time line.
Has anyone had any luck accomplishing any of these tasks and willing to 
point me in the right direction?
