Thanks for the help. Before i started messing around with
the bios settings I booted up windows  in safe mode . Here i
was able to change the IRQ to where i  wanted . It is now
sitting on  #9 with no conflicts. I also had  to change the
memory range  setting, but luckily i had written down the
original settings . All is well !!!! Happy Holidays to
