Hi bell_c_d,

It's ok for me, it's just for speak.
the problem with Forum (all) we don't know if
the message writer is a student, professional expert or beginner.

And I compare only the professional solution vs Shareware solution.

example Rowley is expensive for a GCC solution...
But ADS or IAR + JTAG (EPITOOLS or ARM) is very very expensive.

The choise is very complicated that depend of projets, money etc...

For me, and just for me, the support is very important.
Example :
IAR respond very quickly for buf found in Compiler or other.
ARM no support, if you don't win 10 000 000 $$$ no support......
EPITOOLS Good support but not perfect.
ASHLING very good support etc etc
