"Ultralowpower" would be something in MSP430 range (not ARM core), or 
close to 1mA in active mode / sub-100uA in kinda active mode with fast 
wakeup (via some software /internal periphery interrupt).

"Verylowpower" is, let's say 10 times higher than above.
