CrossWorks can generate hex,bin,srec etc files which can be downloaded 
using the Philips tool. We don't support downloading from CrossStudio 
via the serial port using the standard Philips booloader. We have our 
own serial/USB/whatever bootloader that works with both CrossStudio and 
CrossLoad. It doesn't fit into the LPC2xxx world - we couldn't bring 
ourselves to do uuencoding :->
