Lpc2000

The download option is turned on
(Project->Options->Debugger/Download->Use flash loader(s))
The flash memory is downloaded properly. 
As I mentioned sometimes the microcontroller starts and then work well.
But if I disconnect supplying plug for a second and connect once again
it doesn't work.
