You mention a utility RSPBreakout.exe that converts the soft 
breakpoint requests to hardware for the ocdremote, this is what the 
new monitor softbkpts command does.
As single stepping/stepping and breakpoints within insight work 
fantastic with monitor softbkpts off command.
