You might try an incremental update from approximate version of original
manufacture.  Perhaps once you update to a certain version it will take the
most recent.  You might contact Segger directly to get driver archives.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
