Hi,

the digikey prices are very much international. There is always
shipping and handling which can be a lot if you buy only one device
but their prices if you order a few are very good.
For Germany go:
http://de.digikey.com/ and type LPC2138 in the search window (prices
in Euro)
For the UK go here:
http://dkc1.digikey.com/uk/digihome.html
prices in Pound Sterling  

May be this helps you to get good prices in Europe.
