The Lauterbach Trace32 uses Pin-11 of the 20 pin JTAG connector for
RTCK.  They have usually been quite good at sticking with ARM's
specifications, so that is *probably* the pin specified by ARM.
Unfortunately, AN31 predates ARM's use of RTCK, so it does not mention
it at all.
