I, too, as a guy new to the ARM7, would find it helpful to 'simulate' code well before putting it on hardware. I have the gnuarm and eclipse with the Olimex board and wiggler. But, I have found that after many many years writing assembly code (AVR now), that the simulator is invaluable in new, tricky, routines. On another subject... What jtag and IDE for less than $3000 gives me the ability to know real time execution elapsed time? Thanks, Glen
