Hi, 
Thanks to the Cirrus logic Chip info.   Do they have a version
with large internal SRAM (Like Sharp/Philips/Atmel) which make it
even better?
For your 512KB SRAM requirement...  May be attach a 512KB SRAM to
LPC2292 might be cheaper than chip comes with it... :)
