Similar here in the US. If Digikey doesn't have it and the
manufacturer makes it hard or impossible to get or buy samples it will
not be used in our designs.

There are surprisingly many Brazilians on uC forums, also on the
MSP430 group. IIRC they even started (or wanted to start) a group in
Portuguese. I still hope they remain here in the international groups.

But you guys have to have some serious talk with your politicians.
Slapping all those tariffs and customs fees on everything is not a
good recipe for a healthy industry base.
