Are JTAG pins in LPC2104 5V tolerant?

Is the JTAG pins on LPC2104 5V tolerant? I was refering Leon Heller's  wiggler clone circuit. Instead of 74lpt244 I shall be using 74ls244  which requires 5 v. Is the replacement ok?
