Uwe & Nick,

I have the same experience as Uwe. I would check the TX line on the 
low level side of the ST3232(pin 11). Other than that you could 
perhaps try a JTAG interface before throwing the poor board away.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
