Hello Vineet,
The reason is that Rowly's simulator only supports core ARM instructions. This means that load and store (access memory) instructions cannot be simulated. But I have been told that if you do it with in circuit debugging, then it will work. I guess that they will implemement the simulator in a later release.
Kind regards,
Henk

Subject: [lpc2000] Evaluation Crossworks
Hello All,
When I run my UART code on Keil, it works fine. But when I run the same code on this compiler, choosing the startup file provided by it, I don't see my output on the hyper terminal.
I also tried using the simulator, it goes to this instruction:
ldr pc, [pc, #dabort_handler_address - . - 8]
and then jumps to
dabort_handler: b dabort_handler and remains there.
Can anyone help?
Vineet.
