Lpc2000

Hi all,

     I have two LPC2136 chips,in which when i am reading there part id 
through Philips downloader utility i am getting part id as 2131.
     what is it mean? also when i try to download my code in it ,it 
gives error insufficient flash.
     I guess it is problem from philips.
     How to overcome this problem?
