Hello, the OpenOCD requires a configuration file, specifying the JTAG interface to use, the layout of the JTAG scan chain, the target connected, and other things. By default, it tries to open 'openocd.cfg' in the same directory as the binary, but you can select the configuration file with the '-f config.file' command line switch. This means that double-clicking wont work, unless you use a link specifying the appropriate command line arguments.
